Duplicate Photos Fixer App Reviews

This app will only delete 15 images! But it will scan a thousand and then tell you to check them all before deleting. 3hrs later, you decide you want to upgrade, you have to start all over again in the pro app. Most apps just validate and allow you proceed with the work you’ve done. How about a warning?

ya, same thing as other reviewers have said… this app taught me the hard lesson of reading reviews before trying, even a “FREE” app…. hours of work down the drain, finds all these duplicates for you but then you have to pay to delete more than a dozen or so…. F*#K that, I wont even consider paying for an app that pulls that kind of BS

This isn’t a real app. It’s acts like it’s doing to work, finds photos, lets you pick which ones to keep and not. Then it asks you for money. It’s a joke. Don’t download.

Very Nice app at App Store to find more than 2000 duplicate photos at my iMac from folders as well as iPhoto library… really very nice app at app store , very ease to use it. thnx to systweak software to make another great app like iphoto duplicate cleaner.

Looks like a useful FREE app. I ran a search and found 1800+ duplicates. After 30 minutes of selection which photos to keep and which to discard, a message popped up. The message tells me that I am limited to trashing 15 photos and to upgrade to Pro to remove restrictions. I paid $8.99 for the upgrade. After clicking Update on the Pro version in the Mac store, nothing happened. The update wheel kept going and going and going. Tried many things such as having iPhoto open or closed when starting the Pro version. Somehow Pro finally showed up in my apps folder. I ran Pro and it found ZERO duplicates. What? There is no support for this app other than a FAQ page. Ugh! Posting this on the Pro reviews, also.

I added my iPhoto library folder and two other folders on my desktop. The app crashed almost immediately upon trying to scan for duplicates. I’d call that a complete failure.

Great app with a very helpful navigation. I used to like Photosweeper, but now this is my favorite. Great work.

This is a worthless app. It only Removes 15 Photos! Are they nuts or what? What good is an app that removes only 15 photos?

This small app is a great oppurtunity to try how it works before buying Pro version! I got a Pro one, thank you!
